Q Each week I will host a live Thursday night 7:00 pm session via Collaborate Ultra. It will be scheduled for one hour but may take less time if there are few questions. The session will include an assignment that will count toward your course grade. However, the session will be recorded and made available in Collaborate Ultra for your review if you choose to not attend or are unable to attend. So, you can complete the assignment without attending the event in real time. The Week X live session focuses on logistics, resources management 9 especially the use of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and scheduling techniques. The weekly live session includes a discussion of how each of the topics do, or do not, relate to B&L Pools, a small chain of pool supply and repair centers. Little Miss BBQ operates two restaurants in the city of Phoenix. Answer the following questions: 1. Last week we covered three supply chain and operations management topics. This week we are covering three more topics. Rank or the six topics (most important = 1 to least important = 6) as the relate to Little Miss BBQ's success and explain the reasoning for your ranking. 2. Refer to the chapter about the topic you ranked as most important and describe two of the concepts, methods, or tools in that chapter that would be especially important for the managers at Little Miss BBQ to understand.
